Bennetts Of London Redbridge Reviews
I am a tourist, came to this lovely village, walked into this shop, spent 20 pounds on gift boxes and tissues. The lady working there was very nice at first, however although I was a paying customer and not some begger, she told me "Wow, you are asking alot of things today", and I tried apologizing twice, she asked me to take my gift cards and papers off her desk (I was writing a letter to someone being gifted) and get off her way. YIKES
I really dont understand why she lost her mind, I was never rude, I was a paying customer, and I really spent a total of less than 30 minutes in the shop all together, this is the first time in my 30 years of a lifetime where a sales person treat me this way. The other lady was very nice, she helped me find a printing shop nearby to fix my gift card.
Edit: I do understand people might get sad news or lose loved ones, but if she had something like that happen to her I hope her employer at least would let her go home and not unleash it onto her customers, everything she advised me to do I ended up buying, but to treat me like that is utterly disgusting, and 12 hours it ruined my whole day.
