This guy is a thief. Took £200 off us as a deposit , said he only takes cash, came round to measure immediately so as to secure the sale, practically wanted to March us to the cash point, then closed the shop the very next day and ignored all calls. I'm so annoyed with myself, the writing was on the wall and I didn't listen to the alarm bells- what local shop doesn't take cards? I have since heard he has had rogue traders round there or some such group so I doubt he will be opening again. Absolute thief!
