UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NOT -10 STAR HERE SO I HAVE TO GIVE 1 STAR. WORST COMPANY AND MR PARVEZ PATEL. WITHOUT OUR CONSENT THEY GIVE OUR SECURE CAR PARK TO SOMEONE ELSE PUT APPROX. £75.00 TO £100@ MONTH IN OWN POCKET. HE CARRIED ON FOR MORE THAN 2 YEARS. WHEN WE NOTICED THEN HE REPLIED ITS TENANTS CAR. WHEN WE ASKED TENANT THEY CONFIRMED THEY DON'T HAVE A CAR. HE COLLECTED BUT DID NOT PAID US RENT HE CHARGED US PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED BUT WHEN TENANT MOVED IN THEY REPORTED US IT WAS NOT PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED. WE COME ACROSS HE DID TO MANY LANDLORDS. MORE.
