This firm is completely unprofessional, I obtained a quote for a porch and was told it would take 4 weeks to complete! You can build a first floor extension in this time! Estimate was completely different from my requirements and then I was told work was going to start and no one turned up! Excuses after excuses! When I requested my deposit back the owner thought he could deduct £100 for the estimate he gave me when I told him that there was no way I was leaving without my full deposit he bacame very abusive! This firm is completely unprofessional I would keep away!!!
