after going here quite regularly to see the chriopodist on my last visit i was 3-4 mins late which i apologised for , i was informed that there would not be time to soak my feet as it can take up to 10 mins, i can only assume that this is a new rule as the man whom i saw was also new. I pointed out did it work the same if you keep us waiting, do you take £5 off the price ! I was astonished as the water should have been ready in the foot bath and most times they only soak for about 2-3 mins anyway . I very nearly walked out and this as made me think twice about returning if this is a new thing then it needs to be clearly posted. when he had finished there did not seem to be any other customer waiting or maybe they were running late!!
