Wish I'd have read other review prior to paying deposit. Bashar assured me he doesn't do it for the money, cares about his afterlife bla bla. What twaddle. Charged an absolute fortune for every little addition, told me fitters would be there first thing in the morning, called him 11am and was told they'r in traffic, then that they're loading up. Finally arrived midday ish - did complete work same day but don't lie to me, "first thing in the morning, on their way etc"

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. From the moment I used Iconic Glazing it was a total nightmare. The owner of this company promised to complete a range of jobs and after I signed the contract, he wriggled out of everything. The end result was an agreesive argument (agression on his part), tonnes of incomplete and badly finished jobs and thousands out of pocket. During lengthy correspondence, the builders (under the pretence of fixing a job) returned and took our window magnets and glazing beading, saying they wouldn't put it back until we paid another £3000 for nothing. Builders were also unreliable and the job took well over the estimated time. It has been an impossible struggle with this terrible company. For my own sanity I did not pursue a legal case but my advice is STAY WELL CLEAR.
