I arrive at 5 pm, an hour before closing. I get told I can not wash as the last wash is at 4 pm. ?, confused. I look at the closing time again and look around and find no such rule being displayed on the wall. The wash only takes 30 minutes. This means I would have been out by 5.30. Either the lady was racist or the owner needs to change the time to 4 pm. Very poor, disappointed and very bad customer service. Is there anyone whom I could speak to find out about the rules of laundry services? If the owner reads my review, please get in touch as I am interested in finding out why they want to waste people's time by not being clear if there is such a rule.
