First of all I don’t understand why they got good review!!! This is very very unhelpful for those people who want to find decent traders. My experience with is total nightmare. Found them online as my local carpenter got no available vinyl flooring and the one who will fit our carpet don’t do vinyl floor no more-luckily they’re not the one who will fit the carpet as it could have been a nightmare!
The fitter came was so loud on phone talking with his language on his phone, cut the vinyl flooring short that I can see concrete floor and deceived us by pulling the panel forward, and too much bubbles and when brought to attention the fitter just gave me a glue and told just spray it!!!
Rang the company to redo it or give me refund-customer’s right under customer act 2015. Refused to help and so refund and insisting job is only worth £40. Blocked me on whatsapp. And dropped phone.
Although job is £140 . I didn’t force them to do the job. It might be only £140 but for us it’s Not just about the money. It’s our HOME!!!
