I booked a cab for 10.45, today got a text to say cab would be with me in 5 mins.p at 10.38. Cab still not arrived by 11am, got another text that cab outside my house, no cab there. Cab drive called me, he could not speak English. Called the office by this time reduced me to tears. They told me he was a new driver and maybe could not understand. I told them to send another driver that could speak English which they did. I was late for an appointment and I was so angry. I would not use redbridge cabs again even though the driver who eventually took me was really nice. Why would a cab firm hire a driver who could not speak English and does not know where he is going..   28-11-16
